Straight Ejector Pin
In line with customer’s multifarious requirements and specifications, we bring forth a spectrum of optimum class Straight Ejector Pins. The straight ejector pins are mainly used in plastic injection mold. Its function is to eject the formed plastic products from the mold. They have sufficient compressive strength and bending strength so that they don’t bend due to compression stress.
These ejector pins follow AISI, JIS or DIN standards. They are designed at our ultra-modern manufacturing unit using the finest grade of steel including SKD61, SKH51, 1.2344, 1.2210, H13, M2, etc. It is very durable as the core hardness can reach HRC40-45/HRC48-52/ HRC58-62. Heat treatment can comprise Nitride, Vacuum or vacuum Nitride. The tolerance can reach ±0.001mm. The heads are stress relieved and hot forged for high tensile strength and uniform grain flow.
