Blade Ejector Pin

n line with customer’s multifarious requirements and specifications, we bring forth a spectrum of optimum class Blade Ejector Pins which are also known as ‘Ejector Blades’. The function of Ejector Blade is to push the finished plastic product out of the core or cavity of the Mould Base.

These ejector pins follow AISI, JIS or DIN standards. They are designed at our ultra-modern manufacturing unit using the finest grade of steel including SKD61, SKH51, 1.2344, 1.2210, H13, M2, etc. However, a generally harder metal such as SKD61 and SKH51 are preferred. For superior wear resistance, they can be hardened to HRC40-45/HRC48-52/ HRC58-62. Heads are annealed for easy machining. Blade thickness and width are held to close tolerance up to ±0.001mm.
